Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, so if you need to cancel an order, you can do so as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please be aware that orders typically ship within one business day.
To cancel, just reach out to our customer support team at info@outerpak.com with your order details. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To start an exchange, simply contact our support team.
Please ensure that the product being returned is in the same condition as when it arrived. We do not cover postage for exchanges, and a restocking fee of $2.50 will be charged. You will receive an email with a payment request for this fee before we proceed with your return.
If the returned product is damaged upon arrival, we will unfortunately be unable to send the exchange item.
One-Year Warranty
We are committed to offering high-quality products. Should anything go wrong, we offer a one-year warranty covering products that arrive damaged, defective, or faulty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any alterations to the product.
For warranty claims, contact our support team within 365 days of your purchase. Describe the issue and attach a photo or video, indicating whether you prefer a replacement or a return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as when it arrived, and purchased directly from our website, outerpak.com.
To initiate a return under this guarantee, please email us at info@outerpak.com for instructions. Note that we do not provide return labels and do not cover the postage fee. A restocking fee of $2.50 will apply and be deducted from your refund.
Failure to follow our return instructions may result in no refund or additional charges. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and process your refund via the original payment method. Note that shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable. The refund may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.
