Orders
Where is my order?
If your order has already shipped, you can track it with the tracking numberĀ here. You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
If your order is still being processed, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation once it has dispatched.
Please note, we do not offer tracking for free items.
Where is my order confirmation?
The order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address after you place an order. If you havenāt received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at hello@outerpak.com just in case thereās a problem with your order.
Can I edit my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you haven't received a shipping notification, you can request changes such as the size, color, and quantity. Just contact us at hello@outerpak.com and include your order number.
If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make changes.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, simply email us at hello@outerpak.com with your order number. Please note, as long as your order has not shipped, or you have not received a shipping notification, your order can be canceled.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically dispatch within 1 business day and arrive within 5 to 9 days to US customers. We use USPS for regular shipping.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently only ship within the USA. However, our logistics team is actively working on setting up worldwide shipping and we expect to offer it by the end of 2024, so stay tuned!
Can I edit the shipping / billing address?
You can change the shipping address as long as your order has not shipped. If you need to do so, please contact us immediately and provide your new address.
Please note, we are not responsible for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect shipping addresses.
Due to security reasons, billing addresses are final upon purchase and cannot be edited.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
We are sorry to hear you want to return your order. Here's how you do it:
- Contact us at hello@outerpak.com within 30 days of your purchase. We'll assist you with the return process.

How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please ensure it's within 30 days of your purchase and that the product is in its original condition. Reach out to our support team at hello@outerpak.com with the specifics of your request.
Please note that customers are responsible for postage fees for exchanges. However, if you've received an incorrect product, let us know and provide a photo. In this case, we'll cover the postage.
When will my refund be credited?
Refunds usually take up to 7 business days to be credited to your bank account, depending on the selected payment method. If you have not received your refund within the specified time frame, please contact out customer support as soon as possible. We will gladly take care of the issue.
